Black cherry yoghurt, sweet fruit on the palate. Full-bodied, well balanced, easy to like and drinkable; the fruit isn't overripe, the tannins have precision. Impressive winemaking.
A savoury, smoky charcoal nose. Good ripeness of fruit and controlled tannins, and pleasingly low alcohol.

The 2021 Saint Joseph Bois Prieur is solid, with impressive depth and richness. Notes of mulberries, ripe cherries, and hints of blue fruits give way to more peppery herbs and spice.
